An unconventional approach makes this a flavourful addition to our line-up. A base of wheat and malted barley give our vodka notes of creamy vanilla and burnt sugar.
Suggested serve: Vodka & soda with a lemon peel
Pairs well with: Sherries and fortified wines, olives, lemon
Tasting Notes: The nose is light with floral, grain and toasted oatmeal aromas. The palate has a texture that is full and oily with light orange and vanilla flavors. Vanilla and citrus aromas carry through to the finish, they linger shortly then fade cleanly. Good balance of clean, well balanced spirit that still manages to be very expressive of the grains.

In true Navy fashion this gin is proofed strong at 57.1% – packed with sharp, peppery juniper and lemon peel with a surprisingly soft finish. Suggested serve: Elderflower soda and a lemon wedge
Pairs well with: Oysters, dry sparkling wine, fresh citrus
Tasting Notes:
The palate is intense with cinnamon spice, reminiscent of red hot candy, dominating. Lavender, orange and a touch of vanilla appear after the shock of the intense spice subsides. The texture is rich and creamy, but it not enough to balance the intense heat. This gin finishes short and simple. Some really great characters here with the nose being powerful and varied with the botanical notes. Flavours are good on the palate and it’s got a lot of ABV to contend with but even with that, a finely made, mostly balanced fiery gin.
A non-traditional take on a London Dry style gin. We dialed back the juniper to create this soft, spiced gin. A worldly blend of green cardamom, cinnamon, lime peel and pink peppercorn.
Suggested serve: With ginger beer & lime juice or as an Old Fashioned
Pairs well with: Tropical fruit flavours, warm spices.
Tasting Notes: The nose has a medium level intensity. Cinnamon heart candies and a grassy herbal aroma along with some lemon balm aromas make for an interesting and well balanced nose. Aromas from the nose carry through to the palate. Cinnamon candy is the predominant impression followed by herbal, citrus and floral aromas. The texture is creamy and viscous with a mouth warming heat. The finish is long and complex. Baking spice aromas and lemony citrus aromas are accented by floral aromas that come and go.
A twist on an Old Tom Gin, lightly sweetened (2.8% sugar) and packed with flavour. Made with pressed wild Saskatoon berries, and spicy, floral hibiscus flowers.
Suggested serve: Classic Collins with lemon, sugar and soda
Pairs well with: Maraschino cherries, sweet vermouth
Tasting Notes: Bramble-bush earthy note on nose: leaf, earth, berry fruit. Adding water brings out lemon zest. Lovely rich texture, round soft and silky. Bright and peppery spice on palate with such juicy authentic fruit flavour I checked to see if this was sweetened! Good refreshing astringency on the finish, lingering ‘evergreen’ juniper. This is a flavour bomb of a gin, very well executed. Tartness is very well balanced with texture and other flavours.
A traditional London Dry Gin made with thirteen botanicals – 80% juniper with big licks of bright citrus and warm spices. Suggested serve: Gin & tonic with a juicy orange wedge
Pairs well with: Spanish vermouth, oranges, ginger beer
Tasting Notes: Cereal-grain notes on the nose, toasty, with woodsy juniper and a pastry-cream smell. Spicy and robust on the palate, round citrus. Texture is creamy and full. Finishes clean and lightly astringent; quite warming.
