Red River Whisky

Red River Whisky (High-Rye Bourbon – Style )

Available July 8, 2025 | ABV: 45% | $89.95 | Limited to 450 Bottles

For all you Bourbon lovers out there  we have crafted a Canadian version of a brrrbon (see what we did there?). Matured to bring forth character and complexity, Red River Whisky is the tenth release in our signature series—a bold, high-rye bourbon that balances tradition with a touch of the unexpected. Aged 4.6 years in New American Oak, this small-batch spirit features a distinctive mash bill of 53% corn, 23% rye, 12% wheat, and 12% malt, offering a rich and nuanced profile.

On the nose, expect ripe cherry, prunes, dried fruit, warm fennel, a medley of spice cabinet aromas, and just a whisper of bubblegum. The palate opens with juicy cherry, moves into classic rye spice, and finishes with subtle notes of bubblegum and roasted malt.

Warm, expressive, and unapologetically bold—this is one for the collectors and the curious alike. Only 450 bottles available.

Aged for three years in New American Oak and an additional 1.5 years in a toasted ex-Penelope Bourbon barrel, this whisky delivers a rich and layered profile. On the nose, enjoy warm aromas of cinnamon sugar, fresh-baked bread, and clove. The palate follows with sweet baking spices, a hint of icing sugar, and the comforting taste of fresh-baked cinnamon buns. Bottled at 56.6% ABV, this release is bold, smooth, and packed with flavor—perfect for whisky lovers looking for something truly special.

Radiger and Erb Wheat Whisky

Manitoba’s last craft distillery, Radiger & Erb, operated from 1876 to 1880, and produced wheat whisky grown exclusively from Manitoba grain.  Our whisky, inspired by the original, and crafted with traditional copper stills, carries forward the tradition by using Manitoba grown wheat distilled in Winnipeg. With a mash bill of  50% wheat, 34% malted barley and 16% corn, expect this uniquely Manitoban whisky to provide notes of creamy caramel, ripe red apple and a hint of peppery spice.

100% Rye Whisky Release

Online and in-store sales: August 23, 2024

Our next two releases are 100% Rye featuring whisky from two barrels. Each barrel provided distinct characteristics, based on the variety of Rye used, different yeast, as well as different distillation techniques. The barrels were new American Oak and the whisky was aged for more than 4 1/2 years. As we started to work on creating the final spirit profile, we realized that we wanted to feature the full range of the flavours in these two rye whiskies. To that end, we decided to create two different whiskies, with slightly different proportions: one at 56.4% (Cask Strength), and the other at 46%.

This 100% Manitoba Rye whisky has an earthy, fruity flavour profile with spicy rye notes.  The finish is extremely smooth with a hint of caramel.  If you have ever wondered what true Rye whisky tastes like this is it!

This whisky is best served neat, or with a large ice cube.

The 46% ABV 100% Rye Whisky blend is full of vanilla, caramel and white pepper notes, with sweetness of toasted  oat and minerality  from the rich Manitoba soil where the rye is grown. This is a true expression of Manitoba Rye!

Manitoba’s ONLY Rum

Our rum is crafted using a unique combination of Crosby’s fancy grade and blackstrap molasses. We distill and ferment the molasses to preserve the character and flavor – a very slow process, worth the wait for a flavorful rum. We age the rum in casks that were used once to age a double-oak bourbon.

This third release of our rum has been aged for just over 2 years.
Double distilled in our custom copper still in traditional Jamaican-style, this release is a full-flavoured, yet smooth rum.
Enjoy it in your favourite tropical cocktail or on ice.

Notes of cola and burnt sugar, in addition to a hint of oak. Serve in your favorite cocktail or enjoy neat or on ice to savor the flavours.
