Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail tin or mixing glass. Add cubed ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange zest.
Elettaria Mule

Add the Elettaria and lime juice to a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.
