You’ll need…
- 1.5oz London Dry Gin
- 0.5oz white vermouth
- 1oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.75oz raspberry syrup
- 1 dash vegan foamer
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake hard for 15 seconds. Strain off the ice and dry shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass and garnish with dried rose buds and/or petals.
