You’ll need…
- 2oz Manitoba Berry Gin
- 0.75oz lime juice
- 0.5oz Prosyro Rasberry Syrup
- 3 drops orange blossom water
- 1 dash vegan foamer
- Soda water
Combine the first five ingredients in a cocktail tin and add ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds then strain into a tall glass. Add soda water and watch the foam rise to the top of the glass. No garnish required, but make sure to serve this one with a straw!
