Elettaria Old Fashioned

You’ll need:

• 2oz Elettaria spiced gin
• 0.25oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail tin or mixing glass. Add cubed ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange zest.
