Manitoba’s last craft distillery, Radiger & Erb, operated from 1876 to 1880, and produced wheat whisky grown exclusively from Manitoba grain.  Our whisky, inspired by the original, and crafted with traditional copper stills, carries forward the tradition by using Manitoba grown wheat distilled in Winnipeg.
