Radiger and Erb Wheat Whisky 46% ABV

Description

Manitoba’s last craft distillery, Radiger & Erb, operated from 1876 to 1880, and produced wheat whisky grown exclusively from Manitoba grain.  Our whisky, inspired by the original, and crafted with traditional copper stills, carries forward the tradition by using wheat distilled in Winnipeg.  With a mash bill of  50% wheat, 34% malted barley and 16% corn, expect this uniquely Manitoban whisky to provide notes of creamy caramel, ripe red apple and a hint of peppery spice.
