We made this for the first time in December 2024, and liked it enough to make it again. This liqueur was made by using sugar to extract the oils from mandarin peels before soaking them in vodka. Strong orange aroma on the nose. This is one of our sweeter products, and can be sipped on its own or with a bit of soda water.
