A class to celebrate our Manitoba made rum in some delicious sippers that have become synonymous with the spirit. There are many drinks we are familiar with but what exactly is a Mai Tai? What is the best way to make a Pina Colada? Put the premixed bottles away and come join Nick in this tropical themed cocktail class to find out! With his extensive experience in the cocktail world and specific passion for tropical drinks and flavours, he will guide you through a hands-on lesson where you will make some classic favourites the way they were meant to be enjoyed.

Participation is limited to 20 guests and classes require a minimum of 13 participants. Classes are non-refundable.

Under the supervision of a seriously talented bartender, you’ll learn how to make 3 delicious cocktails and how to navigate your way around bar tools to create a little something special. This is a hand-on workshop.

Have you ever wondered what’s the best way to make a martini? Why is it even called a martini? What’s the difference between shaking and stirring?

Well, good news! Patent 5 is now offering cocktail classes led by one of our knowledgeable cocktailing experts.

During the class we will show you how to make three different cocktails using Patent 5 spirits, the history behind each one, the proper way to make them, and a handful of tips and tricks that you can use the next time you’re whipping up some drinks at home and want to impress your guests.

We supply all the tools and ingredients you’ll need to make the three cocktails and some snacks.

Patent 5 Cocktail Classes begin on February 7, 2023, and will be held on the first Tuesday of every month, from 7 pm to 9 pm. Participation is limited to 16 guests. Classes need a minimum of 6 participants.

You will have consumed three cocktails during the class. For this reason, we encourage participants to plan on getting picked up by a friend or relative, or taking an Uber home, after the class.
