Barrel Aged Negroni

Description

The negroni, a classic aperitivo drink originated in Italy-is bold and unapologetic in its simplicity. The Patent 5 Negroni is special- we created our own amaro- which allowed us to perfectly compliment our London Dry while paying homage to a classic negroni. We have taken our negroni and aged it in an American Oak barrel for 4 months.  The time spent in the barrel allowed the flavors to properly develop together and also added a touch of a smoky note from the wood.
